We ship all of our perishable products with Federal Express Mon - Wed for Tue - Fri deliveries. Federal Express must have a street address for delivery. If you are not at home Federal Express drivers will leave your package at the door except for apartments. Please refreeze or refrigerate your seafood immediately upon delivery.
Our perishable products are shipped frozen and packed in insulated shipping boxes with 1-2 gel ice packs. The gel ice maintains the product's integrity and quality even if some thawing occurs in the process of shipping.
We ship all of our non pershible products with USPS Flat Rate Shipping Mon - Fri. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
During the hotter summer months all orders containing a hot-smoke fillet or cold-smoke fillet must ship overnight.
We offer free shipping on orders over $179 excluding Alaska and Hawaii and will ship 2 day Express. Free shipping orders can be upgraded to Overnight for $25. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii over $179 shipping is $45 flat.
For orders under $179 shipping is $25 for flat rate shipping or $55 for overnight, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii under $179 shipping is $65 flat rate.
Shipping rates are for a single address. If an order is places for multiple delivery addresses shipping will be calculated based on the order value being delivered to each address.

To minimize our impact on the planet, we have established the voluntary Green Card Recycling Program. Send back your empty, clean, Styrofoam box to us and receive a $15 credit on your account. We will reuse the Styrofoam containers, diverting them from landfills.
