What we do is only possible because of our close relationship with the men and women who comprise our fishing fleet guides the way our seafood is caught and handled. Each year, we purchase millions of pounds of seafood from local Alaskan fishermen out of our own facility in Juneau, Alaska. From this catch we hand-select only the highest quality, freshest fish for our own smokehouse where we cut it, flash freeze it to lock in freshness and make it available for you.

As a bona fide, licensed, insured, and bonded Alaskan seafood processing company, we operate under the Federal Food and Drug Administration's HACCP guidelines, the State of Alaska's Environmental Health Department regulations and inspections, and our own company's stringent quality and sanitation standards. Our dedication to quality is evident in every step of our process, which is why we control the whole process, from the fish that come to our docks to the fish that are delivered to your door, so you can be assured of our quality.
