Federal Express
We ship all of our perishable products with Federal Express Mon - Thur for Tue - Fri deliveries. Federal Express must have a street address for delivery. If you are not at home Federal Express drivers will leave your package at the door except for apartments. Please refreeze or refrigerate your seafood immediately upon delivery.
Our perishable products are shipped frozen and packed in insulated shipping boxes with 1-2 gel ice packs. The gel ice maintains the product's integrity and quality even if some thawing occurs in the process of shipping.
We ship all of our non pershible products with USPS Flat Rate Shipping Mon - Fri. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
During the hotter summer months all orders containing a hot-smoke fillet or cold-smoke fillet must ship overnight.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are greatly discounted from the actual cost of shipping with Federal Express. As you can see from the sample chart below our base shipping rate is $31 for 2 day deliveries and $42 for overnight deliveries. All smoked fish ships 2-day air while all fresh frozen products must ship overnight. Shipping rates decrease rapidly for larger orders.

Box Fee
There is a $10 box fee for all perishable orders, per address.
Green Cards
Our seafood comes from the pristine waters of Southeast Alaska. We recognize pollution is a global problem that affects everyone on the planet. To minimize our impact on the planet, we have established the voluntary Green Card Recycling Program. Send back your empty, clean, Styrofoam box to us and receive a $15 credit on your account. We will reuse the Styrofoam containers, diverting them from landfills.
