Our troll-caught king salmon come from the pristine, cold waters of Southeast Alaska. Cleaned immediately at sea for maximum freshness, they are flash frozen to lock in the just caught flavor and then cut into beautiful fillet pieces. King salmon doesn't get any better than this.
