The F/V Northstar just delivered to our dock a batch of beautiful king salmon from a small winter king salmon fishery that we have in Southeast Alaska. Winter Kings are prized for their high Omega-3 content and delicate flavor. White, or ivory, king salmon are nutritionally identical to the common red king salmon, although they are known for their mild, buttery flavor. These are rare and inventory is limited. Winter Kings are often flown out fresh to high-end restaurants and are now being offered for a limited time through our smokehouse ordering.
